of Her Majesty's pleasure an Ordinance intituled :-

"An Ordinance to amend further the Criminal

Procedure Ordinance.

This Ordinance was passed by the Legislative Council on the

26th day of March 1969,

In accordance with clause XXVIII of the Royal

Instructions, an explanatory report by the Attorney General

showing the reasons and occasion for passing the Ordinance

is enclosed. Two copies of the Gazette Supplement containing,

the Ordinance are also enclosed, together with a copy of the

Bill,
