Please refer to my letter of 1 July in reply to yours of 23 June.
It would be helpful if, in advance of your discussions with us during the week beginning 11 August, you could let us have a note of the points you wish to raise on each of the four subjects you mention in your letter, so that those who are going to discuss each subject with you can consider them beforehand.
If these reach us, say, a fortnight before the discussions, then we should be able to dispose of the business with the maximum of despatch and thus save your time and our own.
