Dear Hillsfan,

Many thanks for your letter HKK 14/8 dated 1st July, and for the thorough research into the questions raised by the Commissioner of Police.

I think they may have to do some head- scratching about the associated enterprises as the grant of the title "Royal" in individual cases would tend to indicate

separateness rather than the derivative effect desired.
