The Welfare Officer shall take action at his dis- cretion on any matters normally construed as coming under the heading of Welfare that come to his notice using the Welfare Fund for thr- pose and report on all such cases to the mittee at their next meeting.
17. COLOURS OF THE ASSOCIATION

By kind permission of the Commissioner of Police of the Colony of Hong Kong the Association is authorised to use the tie and badge of the Hong Kong Police Force, with the lettering HKPA in Old English type beneath the badge.
