construction would probably be in excellent local hands, TETOC would be happy be consulted or to arrange for recent specialised U.K. experience to be rawn upon); the training and development of teachers, in which the newly formed Technical Education Resource Group could play a part; and the development, if desired, of contacts with U.K. institutions.
Mr. Tang thanked the representatives of TETOC warmly for the comprehen- sive suggestions they had offered, looked forward to further contacts, and expected to follow up several points and gain further information about the new polytechnics in the UK. before he finally returned home.
