He adds that he would obviously be prepared to sound out, without commit- ment, aid the kinds of management assistance India might wish to have from Britain over the next few years.
His provisional time-table would be:
India:
20/26th October;
27th and 28th October free for possible extension of stay in India or possibly a short visit to Bangkok on the way to Hong Kong
Hong Kong: 28th/31st October
Japan:
1st/8th November
