Dear Lord Shepherd,
I was appreciative of your kindness in receiving me amid your very busy schedule at your office during my recent visit to London in November 1968.
On my return to Hong Kong, I immediately asked a Question in the Legislative Council on December 18, 1968 concerning the inadequacy of the size of the present Hong Kong Technical College which was a subject of my discussion with you in your office. As per your instructions, I enclose herein a xerox- copy of the Hansard proof of the questions and answers particular subject for your information.

I intend to raise this matter again more fully in the near future in the Legislative Council through an adjournment debate and as promised I shall keep you well informed of its development.
