18th December 1969
Dear Sir David,
Following our talk in London at the TETOC offices on 10th December, I have pleasure in enclosing brief comments on my recent visit to Hồng Kong to discuss with those concerned some aspects of the proposed Hong Kong Polytechnic.
I make one central recommendation that a representative team from Hong Kong should visit Britain as a matter of some urgency.
I would like to express my appreciation to all those who made my visit so congenial and from my point of view so interesting and informative.
Yours sincerely,
John Marsh
His Excellency Sir David French, KCMG, CMG, MC.,
