6. I should be grateful if the recipients of this note
could let me have any comments, preferably orally, as early
as possible this afternoon. If they are extensive it might
be helpful to have a meeting before the close of business
today. I shall circulate the draft guidance telegrams
as soon as we get them from the Board of Trade but if
departments want to put down markers on special points
perhaps they would let me know.
