kind specified in the said Act of 1964, or by reference to immunities and privileges under the said Act of 1950,
he Commissioners may, subject to such conditions and restrictions as they may impose, allow goods to be warehoused or delivered or removed on importation without payment of any import deposit.
Spirits used in manufacture
SCH. 2
9. Where under section 111 or 122 of the Customs and Excise Act 1952 c. 44. 1952 duty on imported spirits charged under section 1 of the Finance 1964 c. 49. Act 1964 is remitted or reduced, any import deposit payable in respect of those spirits shall be remitted.
