Dear Sirs,
Notice to Exporters, Series 1 (Britain): No.13/69
Export of Restrained Cotton Textiles to Britain: High Hong Kong Cost Content Scheme for
Made-ups and Garments
Third Quarter, 1969
Allocation
With reference to my Notice to Exporters, Series 1 (Britain): No.11/69 of 16th June, 1969, while total applications received fell short of the total yardage available for Group IV, applications received for Category 16 exceeded the category reserve,
2.
The final position regarding allocation of yardage available for the third quarter is tabulated at the enclosure to this Notice.
3.
All category cut-off levels have been established at the minimum qualifying costs with the exception of Category 16, the cut-off level of which is $3.9091. This means that all those applications in Category 16 attaining a Hong Kong cost content higher than the cutting off level will be fully approved; applications attaining a Hong Kong cost content equivalent to the cut-off level will only receive a pro-rata share of the quantities applied for as shown in column (f) of the enclosure.

Successful applicants have been notified individually.
Yours faithfully,
