Export of Restrained Cotton Textiles to Britain: High Hong Kong Cost Content Scheme for Finished Piecegoods - First Quarter, 1969
On the advice of the Cotton Advisory Board, there will be a High Hong Kong Cost Content Scheme for finished piecegoods for the first quarter of 1969 administered basically in the same manner as that for 1968. Attention is drawn particularly to the minimum qualifying cost content for fabrics and finishes combined (see paragraph 4 below).
