(a) Venue

All sessions will be held in the Conference Room, Commerce and Industry Department, Fire Brigade Building, Connaught Road Central, Hong Kong.

(b) Record

This will be compiled by Messrs. S.V. Lim and L.M. Souza of the Commerce and Industry Department.

(c) Transport

The Director's car will be available at the Fire Brigade Building to fetch the British delegation to and from the Mandarin Hotel throughout the negotiations.
