are in the groups where the short-falls occurred; (ii) do not exceed 10% of the levels specified in column
(c) of the second paragraph of my letter dated 14 February 1969.
5. I have also been asked to inform you that the Hong Kong Government may review this decision if, as a result of it, Hong Kong is placed in an inequitable position vis à vis any third country. Should the Hong Kong Government decide to re- view the decision for this or for any other reason, they will consult with the Government of Sweden."
I have taken due note of its contents.
In this context I would inform you that the Swedish Go- vernment will not during a twelve month period beginning 1st July, 1969 admit imports of the garments of Hong Kong origin listed in your letter unless such imports are covered by a Hong Kong export license endorsed by the Commerce and Industry Department, Hong Kong, that the consignments con- cerned have been debited to the limits set out in your letter.
