I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt of your
letter of today reading as follows.
"I have the honour to refer to the discussions leading
to the signature on
of a Memorandum of Under-
standing in respect of Hong Kong's exports of certain cotton garments and towels to Sweden.
2. In the course of these discussions, I proposed
