I- Cotton

(a) carryover (para 2 below);

(b) finalisation of agreement (para 3);

11 - Non-Cotton

(a) on the premise that the Sweloe have made good

cases for renewal of existing restraints (1080

v.g. continuous synthetic kidtwear) (paras 6 and 7)

and for limitations on exports of the new items i

(1) w.g. anoraks of discontinuous synthetic

fibres (para 7(c));

(ii) kaitted undergarments (excluding nightwear,

tights and slips) (para 8);

(111) blouses, wholly or wainly of discontinuous

synthetic fibres, not embroidered (para 9);

(iv) dress shirts, wholly or mainly of

discontinuous synthetic fibres (para 10),

all that remains is to argue about the levels;
