(●) applications for Certificates of Origin may be submitted
after the export licence has been approved but the latter will not actually be issued until the Certificate of Origin receipt has been produced;

(f) no application to ship under these special arrangements
will be considered after 5 p.m. on Thursday, 29th May, 1969;
(g) applications for export licences for shipment under these
special arrangements must be completed in quadruplicate on Form C. & I. 353 (Revised) (white form) and not on Form C. & I. 353A (Revised);
(h) companies which fail to utilise quantities approved may
be denied participation in any future scheme and if they are quota holders, equivalent quantities may be deducted from their quota for the next restraint period.
Shipments made under this special shipment scheme will NOT count as qualifying performance when quotas for the next reg- traint period are calculated.
