Swedes seek continuation of restraints in year ending 30th June 1970, and the extension of the coverage to include women's discontinuous synthetic anoraks, previously uncontrolled. They suggest that for this enlarged heading, covering all non- knitted synthetic anoraks (other than infants) the restraint level should be cut back to

The Hong Kongers have suggested to us that they should settle for a level of

(i.e. 57% of the 1968/69 quota, which covers a narrowetrange).
