I enclose two copies of the

statistics relating to the series which the Swedes wish to discuss at the talks in Hong Kong next month. They were handed to me by Wöhler of the Foreign Ministry who has taken over responsibility for textile questions from Kumlin.

I understand from Wöhler that the Swedish Consul-General at Hong Kong would be attending to the formal written request for the consultation.
