All applications for swing received by 5 p.m. on 5th March 1969 will be considered together and approved on a pro-rata basis, if necessary. Applications received after 5th March 1969 will be approved on a first-come-first-served basis up to the 1968/69 maximum export level for the category concerned.

Applications should be made on forms obtainable from the Department's Textile Licensing Office, Room 10, 2nd Floor, Fire Brigade Building, Hong Kong. You are advised to read carefully the conditions on the reverse of the application form before completing the particulars.
