The Hong Kong Government will, on request by the Norwegian
Government at any time, discontinue the issue of Export Authorisations

It is, as I explained, an essential part of this system that
the importing country should undertake to admit imports of all goods
covered by Export Authorisations issued before the time at which the
importing country requests that such issue should be discontinued.

The Hong Kong Government will also forward to the Norwegian
Government fortnightly returns of licences issued for exports of -
