We have just received through your London ived through your London
the
Office notes of the informal discussions at
Oslo on 19 June and we see that consultations
were suggested end August or sometime
September/in Oslo. We do not know if you have
been in further contact with Norwegians and
if so whether you are committed to particular
dates and what the scope of any such discussions
would be. But I must tell you that we shall
probably have to take the same sort of interest
in any such consultations particularly if the
scope of your existing (agreements with Norway
