purpose the Hong Kong Government would be grateful to receive the mont reomt available figures for Norwegian production, exports and total imports (showing principal suppliers separately) in respect of all the items at present under restraint and of the new items to be put forward.
we should slso like to have similar information in respect of the non-cotton items that the Borwegian ¡overment will wish to discuss. The provision of such information would be in keeping with the spirit of paragraphs 3 and 4 of my letter of 27 September 1968 concerning the exercise of export restraint on certain non-cotton gazmoats.
