Thank you for your letter of

8 November concerning Greek restrictions on imports of textiles from Hong Kong. We informed Hong Kong that there was now no objection to the submission of a Note Verbale, although with no great hope of a successful outcome. Kong have welcomed this and I enclose a slightly amended version of the original Note. Do you wish to comment further before we ask the Commercial Section in Athens to present it?
