Dear Mr. Johns,
Following our consultations concluded in Hong Kong on 25th June 1969, it was my understanding that your Government agreed that exports of the fabrics specified below could be resumed immediately.

These fabrics are: jeans cotton, grey, jeans cotton, other than grey; denima cotton, groy, denias cotton, other than groy; dungarees cotton, grey, dungarees cotton, other than grey; drills cotton, grey, within Hong Kong Statistical Classifications 652.142, 652.144 and 652.253, where the fabrics weigh not less than 6 ounces per square yard and not more than 15 ounces per square yard.

understanding.
