There would be of course no question of negotiation

Original intention was to fly London/Ottawa on

24 June, but talks in London with FCO and BOT are now

likely to take more than one day. It would therefore

be convenient to go to Ottawa on 26 June for talks on

27th, if you think it still worthwhile despite Grey's

absence. I think it would be.
