Transfers Between Quotas under the "Swing" Scheme

Example of "Swing" Yardage Calculation

A company holds a quota in Category No. 3 nightwear .and wishes to "swing" 500 doz. into it from a quota in Category No. 2 blouses which is held either by the same company or by another company which has agreed to "swing" its quota out. following calculation would be required:-

(a) No. of sq. yds. per doz. for nightwear

(b) 500 doz. at 51.96 sq. yds. per doz.
