The following communication, dated 24 April 1969, has been received from the - delegation of France.
The Permanent Delegate of France to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade presents his compliments to the Director-General of the CONTRACTING PARTIES to the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade and, in connexion with the work of the Group on Residual Restrictions, has the honour to notify the following quantitative restrictions applied to imports from Hong Kong but not to those from contracting parties:
