A BILL
To provide equitable access to the United States market for

imported textiles.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-
2 tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
3 That this Act may be cited as the "Textile Products Trade
+ Act of 1969”.
5 SEC. 2. (a) The aggregate value of the textile articles

6 of a foreign country imported into the United States during
7
any
calendar year after 1969 may not exceed the aggregate
8 annual average value of the textile articles of such country
9 which were imported into the United States during calendar
10
years 1967 and 1968; except that such aggregate value lim-
11 itation for any calendar year after 1969 shall be increased or
