It occurs to me that get copies from the India Office library. the Trade Agreement in question is a Board of Trade paper which was presented to Parliament by the then President of the Board of Trade in March 1939. I would expect that the Board of Trade has copies or the originals of the letters in question. should be grateful if you would take up the matter with the Board of Trade and try to get copies. Until I know what modifications have been made to the Trade Agreement, I am unable to advise on the question put to me.
