Hong Kong and the Common Market Guidance Dept recently sent a circulas to certain porté (PG 5/8 of 1 Ang) notifying kem of some information & guidance material that they would be receiving on British aspirations to enter E.E.C. This was to include an unclassified Question & Answer Bruf, dealing essentially with hostile questions put to 108 overseas, of general application. trste were invited to suggest questions of
