relations will be reviewed from time to time.

give further thought to the possibility that
the conduct of Hong Kong's commercial affairs
in GATT might be excluded from the application
of the document (as was at present Hong Kong/UK
trade

The possibility was briefly considered
whether this paragraph might not have to be
varied or expanded to formalise the channels
of communication between the Hong Kong
Government, HMG and their respective
representatives in the GATT.
