The guide lines evolved by the delegationg with regard to these

methode and lists are surized below in II (industrial products) and III.

(processed žgriculturel products).

It should moreɔver be noted that in the courte of this axerination the

nocessity was stressed of ensuring that the system of generalised preferences

has to be granted by the Community share the following characteristice:

ii) It must be acceptable to the Community and incorpor: te satisfactory

guarantees for the industries concerned;

iv) Finally, the preferential system should be subject to perioliccl

Having regard to the desirability of rapidly finalising the Community

proporule (cf. the time limit of let Vadich 1969 for submitting provisional
