In respect of certain of the products listed

limitations attached to certain of the offers;

offers subject to the fulfilment of the following

(i) The major prospective donor countries
should act in concert;
(ii) Commonwealth countries should be prepared
to waive their contractual rights in the
United Kingdom market to the extent nec-
essary to enable preferences to be
granted to non-Commonwealth developing
countries;
