Tariff reduction to not lower than existing Commonwealth preferential level.

No level of cut suggested at present. Future action to be decided in light of discussions in International Coffee Organization on trade in processed coffee.

Some of these include butterfat and those containing more than 50% are

therefore offered subject to operation of butter quotas.
