HAVING REGARD to the Treaty setting up the European Economic Community; and in particular Article 111 thereof;

HAVING REGARD to the proposal of the Commission,

WHEREAS the Council by its Decision of 25 September, 1962

adopted an action programme in respect of a common trade policy,

aiming, inter alia, to the standardization of the import

procedure of Member States towards third countries;
