As you will see from the attached Press release dated 16 April, agreement in principle was reached last month on the provision of loan finance for this project, subject to the satis- factory conclusion of contract negotiations between the Tunnel Co. and Costains. negotiations are in progress. Tunnel Co's hope and intention that the contract will be signed this month.
