ODM have indeed got papers on Mr. Gillow. Mr. Bailey has sent Mrs. Elliott's letter to ODM so that I have not seen it yet. But Mr. Gillow (who is a long standing petitioner) recently asked the UN to take up his case but was rebuffed because one of the Communist block countries reminded the meeting of Communist China's interest in all Hong Kong matters. We informed Hong Kong about this but no action was necessary.
