DAAVIVANSWER

25th July, 1969.

In Witham Whittoch

None. A large proportion of the 59,374 males employed in

the textile industry work a twenty eight day month, although some

work on thirty days and others on twenty six days. But under the Industrial Employment (Holidays with Pay and Sickness Allowance)

Ordinance all are entitled to six days paid holiday a year; and

for young male persons one rest day a week is also prescribed by

law.
