I understand that the Planning Committee is meeting on Monday, 17 March, but already has a full agenda. One possibility might be for you to mention the essential conclusions of the paper at that meeting. If so, speaking
notes would be provided.

Another possibility would be to circulate the

returned to the Secretary. In case you should wish this to be done, or the full paper to be circulated, 3.30 p.m. on Thursday, 20 March, has been reserved in your diary for a special meeting of the Planning Committee.
