the above paper.
We accept the agreed Treasury/1.0.D. addition
to paragraph 19 which you enclosed.
2. We also accept, subject to slight modification here and there, all but one of the suggested amendments set out in Steel's and Sowerby's letteré of 21 January. The exception is Steel's suggestion for the deletion of the concluding words of paragraph 77. Our views on these amendments are set out in an annex to this
letter.
