different staff. The Headmaster (Wong Cho Fan) of the former
Chung Wah School is also the owner of the premises and the Governor reported on 26 April that Wong had been paying regular visits to the Yu Hua School in the latter capacity. Wong has been given three written warnings that such visits constitute offences under the Education Ordinance and that on conviction he would be liable to a fine of $5,000 and to imprisonment for
two years.
The last such warning was sent to him or 17 April.
The latest information about Wong is that he left Hong Kong ior China on 3 May and that during the period immediately prior to his departure, he kept away from the school.
