Sections 10 - 11 apply to judges without pensionable service other than service as a Judge of the Federal Supreme Court.

Section 10 provides that a pension is payable on :-

on medical grounds
on abolition of office
Section 11 lays down that a judge retiring :
(a) with five years service as a judge, should draw a
pension computed on the basis of :

2h of pensionable emoluments for every month
of service for the first ten years
of pensionable emoluments for every month of service thereafter
with less than five years service as a judge and retiring on medical grounds or abolition of office, should draw as pension an amount not exceeding one quarter of his annual pensionable emoluments.
