Need To Anticipate Problems

"I pose these questions not to be provocative but to stimulate

thought. I have boon full of admiration for the way in which the Goverment

of Hong Kong has set about many of these problems already.

Governors. You may be pleased to know that I saw recently Sir Alexander

and Lady Grantham who were in fine form.

Tronch, a farsoeing man of liberal outlook, who through difficult days has

guided the Colony so well.

"It is the responsibility of all those who hold places in public life, be it business, professional or any other to support the administration in its endeavours to provide for the legitimate aspirations of the people

of Hong Kong.

"It only remains for me to thank you for your hospitality and to

wish Hong Kong the prosperity and continued success which it deserves."
