I attach, (belatedly I fear) two copies

of a note which I took of Lord Shepherd's meeting with unofficial members of Executive and Legislative Councils (UMELCO) on Thursday, 5 June.

In regard to paragraph 4 of the note,

I also attach the papers which Mr. P.Y. Tang sent to Lord Shepherd. I have sent a copy of these to Mr. Foggen, together with a copy of the note of the meeting.
