they would welcome the proposed amendments. Almost without exception, the replies received so far have been in favour of Hong Kong's proposals.
3. Despite reminders from us in January and again last month two of the Governors have not yet replied. We really need the views of all those who use the Medal before we can approach the Honours Committee about the amendments. now sending another reminder to the two outstanding.
