appreciative of your invitation to him to appear
on your television programe, but he very much
regrets that he must decline in view of the many
other calls upon his time during his forthcoming
visit to Hong Kong.
He has nevertheless asked me to convey his
thanks to you for your offer and he hopes that
you will understand why he is unable to accept.
