Article by the Prine Minister for Far astern Scozonie Review
Herewith revise of the draft for this article, taking
account so far as I could of all comments received to date.
I am sending copies of this minute and of the revise
to Economists Department, Export Promotion Department,
Trade Policy Department, Financial Policy and Aid Department,
Hong Kong Department, Far Eastern Department, South Asian
Department, South-East Asian Department, South-West Pacific
Department, Pacific and Indian Ocean Department and News
Department, and to Mr. Nicholson of 0.D.H. and Nr. Toms of
the Board of Trade, who could, perhaps, contact you by
telephone 10 they have any changes to propose

I also attach some additional copies (including a blus,
in case none of the Departments just mentioned objects to
the revise, and your Department also approves this) for you
to get any additional clearances you think necessary
(including possibly that of your Under-Secretary).
Can I leave it to you to take any further action
necessary before the finally approved draft goes to No.10,
where, I believe, it is needed before close of play tomorrow,
Friday 29 August.
