that the draft brief should be cleared out of Committee.

Numbers for covering memoranda should be obtained direct from

Committee Section, Cabinet Office, when the draft brief is ready.

Category B and C Briefs should be numbered and laid out in

accordance with Annex A and B and completed and, after clearance

with other Departments concerned and discussion by OPD(0) Committee

if this seems mecessary in any particular case, delivered to the

Committee Section, Cabinet Office, for final distribution before

3.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 17 December.
