Material for a reply is given in Hong Kong telegram No.105. It will be noted that the person named in the Question cannot be identified with absolute certainty, but this is not the first time that we have come up against this problem It appears from paragraph 3 of the Hong Kong telegram that the intensive indoctrination now being carried out in communist schools is achieving some success, at any rate with certain sections of the youth of the Colony.
